About the founder

Letty Gordon-Furse is the Founding Coach of Spring Back, and the Creator of Returnity Coaching™.
Through her leadership, Spring Back is pioneering a global approach for retaining excellent parental talent with a combination of professional services, all designed to fit around your organisation.
Letty has a Level 7 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring from the Chartered Management Institute, and is a licensed Practitioner of both Neurolinguistic Programming Coaching (NLP) and Personality Typology (MBTI), with 11 years experience in People and Organisational Change and an MSc in International Business and Management.
She has a thriving Instagram community, a Podcast sharing inspiring back to work stories, 2 children, and is based in the UK.
